Product Update
What's new at Jump - November 2025

Faster updates for client reports, easier meeting ownership, better defined user permissions
This month’s release is about going a step further: adding new controls and transparency that builds trust as firms of all sizes scale with Jump. From industry-first integrations to deeper automation across conferencing and CRM software, November is all about giving advisors and firm leaders even more confidence and command of their workflows.
Turn Jump conversations into living Asset-Map plans

Jump integrates with Asset-Map’s client visualization tool, keeping client financial plans as current as the conversations that shape them. Advisors utilize Jump to capture insights from client meetings and propose timely updates to their client’s Asset-Map, which can be reviewed and approved with a single click—keeping every client’s financial story current with real-time conversations.
Bring full meeting transparency with new ownership controls

When teams share calendars and scale with Jump, transparency and predictability become more important than ever. That’s why we’ve released new meeting ownership controls across Google and Microsoft calendars and inside virtual meetings to make it easy to differentiate notetakers, know who owns a meeting, and predict where notes are flowing.
Connect even more workflows with new integrations

Jump is now integrated seamlessly into more of the most popular advisor tools, making it easier than ever to automate key workflows:
- Dialpad: Bring recorded Dialpad calls into Jump for processing.
- Box: Auto-save meeting notes to your chosen Box folder after each meeting.
- Zoho CRM: Sync notes and tasks, import Zoho contacts, and generate Pre-Meeting Prep using Zoho data.
Each integration reduces friction between systems and keeps follow-through anchored in Jump.

Unlock enterprise-grade control with new user permissions
Precise admin controls are paramount as firms roll out Jump across new advisor groups. To that end, we’ve added two new user roles that help deliver even more scalable, enterprise-grade governance:
- Insights permissions (Scale+): View firm-wide insights and reports without access to account settings or compliance.
- Compliance permissions: View and edit compliance reports across all users, without account-settings access.
Improve productivity with smarter integration upgrades
We updated some of our most popular integrations to make follow-through faster and more collaborative across advisors:
- Salesforce calendar support: Connect Salesforce calendars so Jump can auto-send a notetaker.
- Redtail multiple task assignees: Sync tasks and assign them to multiple Redtail teammates.
These upgrades turn post-meeting next steps into faster, more reliable handoffs across multi-advisor groups of all sizes.
Control automations with WebEx and GoToMeeting event filters
Jump can now automate full-cycle meeting workflows across even more web conferencing providers with new WebEx and GoToMeeting support for event filters. Advisors on these platforms can now unlock new levels of productivity within their Jump workspace.
Edit historical notes with prepend and append
Client narratives evolve, and advisors often need to add new details to prior meetings. This month, Jump has added the ability to prepend and append new context above or below existing notes anytime – for the ultimate flexibility without disrupting the original note of record.
Navigate faster with a fresh, modern layout
Jump’s navigation now collapses to save space, giving you a cleaner, more modern workspace for meeting content and tasks. The layout is lighter and more intuitive – designed to keep you moving quickly through a packed day of meetings.
Stay tuned for next month’s release as we continue building features that empower advisors to deliver more value every single day.
