Parker is a 4x technology CEO with experience in fintech, data, and AI. Prior to Jump, he was CEO of a big data company, CEO of an insurance fintech company, and also worked briefly in product marketing at Google Cloud on an AI team — but his first job was as a guitar teacher. Parker received an MBA from Stanford GSB and a bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Utah.

Tim is a 2x fintech entrepreneur and a full-stack software engineer and product designer who leads Jump’s product development. Before Jump, he founded ZipBooks, cloud and AI accounting software for small businesses, sold to Divvy in 2019 and subsequently to Bill.com in 2021. Tim graduated with distinction with an MBA from Harvard, after a summa cum laude bachelor’s from Brigham Young University as valedictorian of the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies.
COO & Co-Founder


Adam is an experienced software architect and engineering leader. In his previous 2 roles he led software architecture — Principal Architect at PDQ, and Head of Engineering at ZipBooks. He has scaled software to hundreds of thousands of users, and cares deeply about creating fast, secure, delightful software. He has a bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Utah, where he put himself through college by creating one of the earliest breakout App Store apps.
CTO & Co-Founder


Chris has deep technology finance and investment experience. Prior to Jump, he held multiple leadership roles at AuditBoard, including GM of a core business unit and Head of Corporate Finance, playing a key role in its acquisition by Hg. Earlier, Chris was a Principal at Bain Capital Ventures, focused on growth-stage investments in technology and software. He holds an MBA from Harvard and a bachelor’s in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Prior to joining Jump, Peter was Chief of Staff at the data tooling startup Ponder (acquired by Snowflake) and worked in data science and economics research at Coursera, Quora, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Brookings, where he spent two years as Dr. Ben Bernanke's research analyst. He has a JD/MBA from Stanford and a bachelor's in Applied Mathematics from Harvard.

Tobin previously worked in sales and business development at Snowflake, a leading big-data platform, and in strategic finance at Medallia, a customer experience management platform. Tobin received an MBA from Stanford and a bachelor’s in Mathematics from the University of Utah.

A former advisor and licensed supervisory principal, Christine understands how to help RIAs, broker-dealers, and enterprise financial institutions drive growth, efficiency, and client engagement by adopting AI in ways that elevate the advisor-client experience. Previously, she led strategic relationships and client-facing teams at Fidelity, J.P. Morgan, and M1 Finance, spanning capital markets, wealth management, and high-growth fintech. She holds a bachelor’s in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern.
Head of Customer Success


Liam leads the team that extracts behavioral and predictive insights from analyzing 1M+ advisor-client conversations annually. He translates conversation patterns into actionable intelligence to drive advisor performance, client outcomes, and firm strategy — and partners with product to design insights directly into the Jump advisor experience. Previously, Liam spent 7 years at EY in the Wealth and Asset Management Business Consulting practice, where he designed and conducted experiments on financial products and services to improve business outcomes.
