Integration
Jump +Zapier
Zapier is a no-code automation platform that connects more than 7,000 web apps. Connect Zapier to Jump to send meeting events straight into the tools your firm already runs on, including custom CRMs, project management platforms, and data warehouses.

Key Benefits
Connect to 7,000+ apps
Zapier bridges Jump to thousands of web apps, so your firm doesn't have to wait for a native integration to move meeting data where it's needed.
No-code workflow automation
Build "if this, then that" workflows in Zapier's visual editor — no engineering help, custom API work, or developer time required.
Less manual copy/paste
Meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up tasks flow automatically into the systems your team already works in instead of being re-entered by hand.
Built for bespoke tech stacks
Firms running homegrown CRMs, niche platforms, or complex operations workflows can wire Jump into the tools they've already built around.
Feature Details
Meeting Processed Trigger
Fires as soon as Jump finishes processing a meeting, kicking off any downstream workflow you've built in Zapier.
Pre-Meeting Prep Trigger
Fires when Jump generates prep for an upcoming meeting, so briefing materials can be routed to email, Slack, Teams, or a CRM record.
Notes and Task Triggers
Push Jump meeting notes into a CRM that Jump doesn't yet support natively, and sync AI-generated follow-up tasks into Asana, Monday.com, or an internal task system.
Meeting Scheduled Trigger
Fires when someone books time through a Jump booking window — useful for triggering onboarding, intake, and new CRM record workflows.
Complete Event Payloads
The Meeting Scheduled payload includes meeting type and time, owner name and email, booking window ID, and bookee name, email, phone, timezone, and SMS opt-in status.
Secure OAuth Connection
Jump and Zapier connect through an OAuth authorization flow, so no API keys or credentials are copied between systems.
How it Works
Connect Zapier to Jump
Go to Settings → Integrations in Jump and select Zapier. Jump opens Zapier in a new tab to complete the connection, then return to Jump and click Done.
Choose your Jump trigger
In Zapier, create a new Zap with Jump as the trigger app and pick the event you want to automate.
Route the data where it's needed
Map Jump's event data to an action in any Zapier-supported app to create records, post notifications, or file tasks automatically.
