Integration

Jump +Claude

Connect Claude to Jump to ask questions about your meetings, contacts, and documents in plain language, right inside Claude. Jump's Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector gives Claude read-only access to the Jump information you already have permission to see.

Learning Lab: Coffee with Claude + Jump

Join a live walkthrough of working examples. You’ll get a short tour of the art of the possible, then we'll address any questions you have. Jump's one-click MCP connector gives Claude governed access to conversational intelligence and insights in Jump — meeting context, follow-ups, client records across your systems — so you can build the workflows your team wants, in whichever interface your team prefers.

5

Jump follow-up tasks

Retrieve Jump tasks; these are not CRM tasks. This capability is described in the technical reference and should be validated for the supported customer flow before publication.

6

Read-only, user-scoped access

Claude only retrieves data the signed-in user can already access in Jump. It cannot create, change, or delete records.

How it works

1

Confirm account access

An account owner enables MCP Client(s) under Compliance → Access restrictions → Allowed Features → AI Connectors. Claude must also be enabled under Compliance → Apps. If the feature is not visible, contact Jump Support.

2

Connect in Claude

Open Settings → Connectors, search for Jump, and select Connect on the jump-mcp result. The help article documents support for claude.ai and Claude Desktop.

3

Authorize as yourself

Sign in to Jump, review the read-only permissions, and authorize access. Each user connects with their own identity.
