What's New at Jump — April 2026

April's release is about reducing friction in the places it shows up most: scattered tasks, scheduling handoffs, disconnected household data, and the extra steps between a client conversation and a clean CRM record. Whether you're a solo advisor or managing a team of support staff, this month's updates are designed to give you more control with less overhead. Here's everything that's new.

Operating System

Unified Action Items

Jump now has a single Action Items table that surfaces every task, CRM update, and follow-up email across all your meetings in one place. Instead of hunting through individual meetings to track down open items, you can see everything at once, filter by status, assignee, type, contact, or date, and act on it without opening each record separately.

Bulk CRM sync is now available across meetings, not just within a single one. Select tasks from any meeting, sync them all at once, or reassign them to a new owner in a single step. Cleaning up stale items works the same way: multi-select and archive in one click.

Export PDF Preview

Before downloading meeting notes as a PDF, you can now preview the document in real time and customize it to your needs. Adjust font size, choose which sections to include, and resize the preview to see exactly what the final output will look like. For teams that store documents outside the cloud for compliance purposes, this gives you more control over what gets saved and how it's formatted.

Custom Invite Email

When adding a new user to Jump, account owners can now send a personalized welcome email directly from the platform. Set a custom message, include your logo, and generate a login link without leaving the admin flow.

Meet

Scheduling Admins

Jump now lets account owners designate team members as Scheduling Admins, including light seat users. A Scheduling Admin can create booking windows on behalf of any advisor on the team, receive all booking confirmations, and configure reminders from one place. For firms where a CSA manages scheduling for multiple advisors, this removes the need for each advisor to handle their own booking setup.

Scheduling Admins can only manage booking windows for users who have an active calendar integration connected.

Multi-Calendar Booking Windows

Advisors can now create a single booking link that overlays multiple team members' calendars and shows clients only the times when everyone is available. If a CFP and their CPA both need to be on a call, clients see a single link that guarantees both are free — no back-and-forth to find a time that works.

Grow

Scorecard Report Drawer

Scorecard details now open in a right-side drawer directly from the report view. Previously, reviewing feedback required hovering over individual scores. Now managers can read full results and copy content without leaving the report, making it easier to move through a large number of meetings quickly.

Usage Reports: New Charts and Organized Sections

Usage Reports have been reorganized into three clear sections: adoption metrics, productivity metrics, and CRM adoption. New charts track meeting length, opportunities synced, and CRM syncs over time. The usage table has moved to its own tab to improve load performance. These updates are available to account owners and insights admins.

Smart Forms

Forms now has a dedicated workspace in Jump's left nav, with a Form Activity dashboard for tracking all sent forms by status and a Templates tab for managing your form library. The underlying workflow is: build a template, send to client, client fills it out, review the submitted data, sync to CRM.

The meaningful change in this release is multi-object CRM field mapping. A single form template can now map fields to multiple CRM objects — Contact, Account, Opportunity — so one client submission updates every relevant record in one sync. There's no re-entry and no separate step for each object.

Additional updates this release: bidirectional Advyzon sync (pre-populate form fields from existing Advyzon contact data, and write responses back on submission, consistent with how Redtail, Wealthbox, and Salesforce work today), email preview and editing before a form reaches the client, and drag-and-drop field reordering and template duplication in the form builder.

Holdings CSV

Upload an investment statement and Jump extracts holdings-level data — security name, quantity, price, value, and cost basis — organized by account. When a document contains multiple accounts, holdings are separated by account and never silently merged. Every extracted row is available to review and edit before you download. The output is formatted to match RightCapital's holdings import requirements, so no reformatting is needed downstream.

The workflow is: upload, review, download, import. For teams that have been manually re-entering this data, this removes that step entirely while keeping the advisor in control of what gets imported.

Mobile

Meeting Details Improvements

The mobile app now shows the conferencing provider with an icon and label, surfaces the notetaker toggle on upcoming events, and gives you the option to start a local capture after a meeting's scheduled time passes — the same way the web UI works. If you finished a call and realized Jump wasn't recording, you no longer have to be at your desk to do something about it.

AI Associate on Mobile

AI Associate is now available on iOS and Android, built for a conversational, thumb-friendly experience. Advisors can ask questions about clients, surface intelligence from past meetings, and take action across connected systems — CRM, email, planning tools, portfolio data, and transcripts — from their phone. Every action requires approval before it executes, keeping the compliance posture intact.

Whether you're recalling what a client mentioned in a recent meeting, checking a portfolio allocation before a call, or identifying clients who are missing key documents, AI Associate on mobile puts that capability in your pocket.

Contacts on Mobile

Contacts is now available on iOS. Advisors can browse and search their full contact list, view essential client information, and take action directly from a profile — tap to email, tap to call, or start a mobile capture session. When you tap to call a contact, Jump offers to automatically join and record the call via the notetaker.

Integrations

Dial-In Join My Call

There's now a third way to start a Join My Call capture. Instead of having Jump call you (web) or initiating a capture from the mobile app, you can call the Jump number directly from any phone. Save the Jump number as a contact, verify your phone number once, and any call you make to that number starts a capture tied to your account.

This is designed for advisors who prefer calling out over being called, or who want to start a capture from a device that doesn't have the Jump mobile app — a desk phone, a work phone, or any other device. Merge Jump into an active client call, the required disclosure plays, and the conversation is recorded, transcribed, and processed in Jump.

This feature is gated by a compliance setting. Firms on networks like LPL and Osaic will need Broker-Dealer approval before their advisors can use it.

Karbon

Jump now integrates with Karbon, the practice management platform used by many accounting and advisory firms. Once connected, advisors can sync meeting notes and work items to Karbon, pull Karbon contacts into Jump, and run pre-meeting prep using Karbon data. The account admin connects via a Karbon API access key in Jump's integration settings, and individual users verify their Karbon email to complete the setup.
