What’s New at Jump — March 2026

This month, we're releasing a wave of new features and integrations designed to reduce the administrative burden on advisors, bring AI-powered intelligence directly into the tools you already use, and help you grow your book of business without adding more to your plate. Here's everything that's new in March.
AI Associate

Meet your new AI-powered teammate inside Jump! AI Associate updates CRM records, drafts and sends emails, schedules follow-ups, and creates new contacts.
Your firm’s compliance settings govern what’s possible, and every action requires your approval, so you stay in control. Actions are scoped only to your connected systems, with the same enterprise-grade security and AI safety standards you expect from Jump. As a bonus, we're covering usage costs during this initial rollout, and you'll receive advance notice before any future pricing changes. Learn more
Jump for Redtail CRM

Jump is now fully embedded inside Redtail CRM, going beyond syncing data to put the entire Jump meeting experience directly inside the platform where you manage your client relationships.
That means your AI-generated meeting notes, pre-meeting briefs, transcriptions, summaries, and follow-up actions are all accessible in Redtail. For advisors managing hundreds of client relationships, eliminating that context switch between platforms isn't just a convenience. It’s time back in your day, every single day. If you're already a Redtail user, reach out to your CSM to activate the embedded experience.
More updates

New in Meet
Scheduling eliminates the back-and-forth of booking client meetings. Share your personalized booking link and let clients choose a time that works for them — all synced directly with your calendar. Set up your booking page under Profile Settings.
Reminders let you set time-based alerts directly on any contact, deal, or task so critical deadlines and follow-ups never fall through the cracks. Find it in any record by clicking the Reminders icon in the action bar.
Agendas automatically generate a structured agenda before every meeting, so advisors always show up prepared. With the hard work of meeting prep handled, advisors can focus on what actually matters: the conversation in front of them.
Pre-Meeting Prep automatically compiles relevant account history, past meeting notes, and key talking points before each meeting so you walk in fully informed — no manual review required. Open any scheduled meeting in Jump ahead of a call to access your brief.
Grow now includes the following:
Contact Signals Tab takes this a step further by surfacing AI-detected growth opportunities directly within a client's profile in Jump. Signals identifies five key categories from your meeting transcripts, like held away assets, referrals, generational wealth transfer, life events, and relationship building moments, and translates them into clear next steps. Instead of combing through transcripts manually, you'll see the moments that matter most right in context, when you're looking at a specific client.
Playbooks allow you to standardize your best processes — whether that's a client onboarding flow, an annual review sequence, or a referral follow-up cadence — into repeatable, step-by-step guides your entire team can execute consistently. Admins can build and assign Playbooks from the Playbooks section under the Workflows menu.
Pulses gives you an at-a-glance health score for every client relationship by aggregating engagement, activity, and sentiment data into a single view. It's an easy way to identify which relationships need attention before small issues become bigger ones. Pulses are visible at the top of every account and contact record in Jump.
Operate now includes:
Document Intelligence uses AI to automatically extract and surface key information from uploaded documents — whether that's a financial plan, a proposal, or meeting materials. Upload any file to a record in Jump and the analysis runs instantly, saving your team hours of manual review.
New Integrations
Jump's integration ecosystem continues to grow. This month we're adding:
- Google Drive: Meeting notes and summaries save directly to a designated Drive folder

Mobile updates
Advisors on the go will notice some meaningful upgrades to the Jump mobile experience this month:
- Booking window & home screen access: Manage your schedule and key priorities directly from the mobile app
- Lock screen widget: See your upcoming meetings and daily agenda at a glance without opening the app
- Capture card: Quickly log notes, action items, or follow-ups in the moment so nothing slips between meetings
Every feature in this release comes back to the same goal: helping advisors spend less time on administrative work and more time building meaningful client relationships. From embedded CRM experiences to AI-powered opportunity detection, Jump is bringing your system of action to your system of record so you can focus on what matters most.
