Jump and FMG Bring Approved Content to Post-Meeting Recaps With Equitable Advisors

Equitable Advisors Pilots Jump and FMG Content Integration

The client meeting is over, and everything you discussed is still fresh on your mind: Social Security timing, required minimum distributions, and retirement income. All that’s left is a timely follow-up, so you check for relevant articles to send. You switch between apps, tabs, and windows, and as the email comes together, you start losing the thread.

Now, with the new Jump and FMG Suite integration, the recap email Jump drafts includes relevant FMG articles on those topics. You verify the suggestions and send the email in a few clicks.

The integration, co-designed and in pilot with Equitable Advisors, lets advisors add compliance-approved articles from their FMG library to post-meeting recap emails without leaving Jump.

How the FMG x Jump integration works for advisors

  • Finish the meeting in Jump: The recap email includes suggested articles from the advisor’s FMG library based on what was discussed.
  • Review each suggestion: The advisor can open an article to check it, then choose Use or Remove. Nothing is included until the advisor approves it.
  • Search FMG for something different: If a different article fits the client better, the advisor can search FMG and add it directly.
  • Send the email: The recap goes out from the advisor’s own email account. If the advisor removes every suggestion, the section drops out of the email.

Firm-approved content, firm control

Jump suggests only FMG content that is firm-approved, so firms keep control over the articles advisors send to clients. The workflow is built through FMG Connect, FMG’s integration layer for external advisor tools.

“Advisors can spend less time searching for materials and provide more thoughtful follow-up, while deciding for themselves what to share,” says Parker Ence, chief executive officer and co-founder of Jump.

Equitable Advisors is helping shape the workflow

Equitable Advisors is co-designing the new integration. It began piloting the workflow in early October with a group of peer-selected financial professionals who serve as the link between executive management and the field. Their feedback has shaped the experience, which will continue to develop.

Rather than adding disconnected point solutions, Equitable Advisors looks for integrations that streamline advisors’ work, whether that means expanding a practice, gaining flexibility, or serving clients more effectively. Embedding FMG content in the Jump recap email workflow advisors already use after a client meeting fits that approach. The pilot verified that approach with advisors in the field.

“Finding the right content is easier when it starts with the conversation an advisor just had,” says Michelle Feinstein, chief product and strategy officer at FMG. “By connecting FMG’s content with meeting context from Jump, we’re helping advisors identify relevant resources in real time and decide how best to use them in their client communications.”
