What's New at Jump — July 2026

July's release puts more control and more data behind Pre-Meeting Prep — retention settings, a refreshed template editor, a new block gallery, and deeper reads from Orion and Schwab. Here's everything that's new.
Meet
Pre-Meeting Prep Retention Controls
You can now decide how long Jump keeps generated prep. A new Storage Policy setting lets you retain prep indefinitely, the default, which keeps prep open for any past meeting at any time, or delete it automatically after a configurable delay. Deleted prep is permanent and unrecoverable, so the setting makes that tradeoff explicit rather than something users discover after the fact. This is helpful for account owners managing retention policy from the Compliance tab: when a retention period ends, Jump removes both the prep artifact and its associated logs.
Pre-Meeting Prep Template Editor Refresh
The PMP template editor has been refreshed for usability. A new action bar with a prominent plus button makes adding blocks easy to find, and dragging and rearranging blocks is smoother. A new template source model lets you apply a new source across every existing instruction block at once, instead of editing them one by one, and copying or deleting blocks is faster too. The result is an editor that feels approachable rather than technical. This is helpful for anyone who builds or edits PMP templates, including advisors configuring their own prep and support or ops staff managing templates on behalf of advisors or the firm.
Shared Mic Detection
When several people sit around a single device in a meeting, an advisor and support staff in a conference room, for example, diarization can collapse all their voices onto one channel and misattribute multiple speakers to one person. Shared Mic Detection is a precheck that reads the transcript right after signal grouping, identifies when this has happened, and kicks off a re-transcription with hybrid diarization to correctly separate speakers before any notes, tasks, or insights are generated. The correction happens upstream, so downstream content is built on an accurately attributed transcript instead of a muddled one. Jump now self-corrects shared-mic meetings automatically rather than requiring manual speaker reassignment after the fact. You can also manage attendees and retranscribe a meeting after adding them.
Contact Overview with Integration Cards
The Contact Overview tab now renders a live card for each connected WealthTech integration: Orion and Black Diamond accounts, eMoney and RightCapital plan overviews, a Schwab custodian snapshot covering beneficiaries and alerts, Holistiplan tax returns, and Wealth.com estate plans. Each card includes a freshness indicator, retry on failure, and a deep link into the source system. Every successful fetch also persists the highest-signal datapoints on the contact, such as total managed value, Monte Carlo success rate, or estate plan progress, laying the groundwork for sortable, filterable columns in the contacts list view. More cards are coming to the Overview page, along with the ability to customize which ones surface first.
PMP Template Block Gallery
The PMP template editor now includes a Block Gallery: a browsable library of 25+ pre-built, source-specific AI instruction blocks across 17 integrations, including Orion, Black Diamond, eMoney, RightCapital, Schwab, Holistiplan, Wealth.com, Asset-Map, Redtail, Dynamics/Tamarac, Practifi, Salentica, FSC, Zoho, Karbon, Quivr, XLR8, and Email. Each block shows its name, description, and required source, and inserts into your template in one click with its full prompt intact. Blocks are scoped to the integration on their chip, and every prompt lives as a named, reviewable instruction set rather than an inline string. If you've been wondering what Pre-Meeting Prep can do with a given integration, the gallery is the place to look.
Grow
Automated Pulse Analysis Report Emails
You can now set up a recurring email of your Pulse analysis report instead of pulling it manually. Each report reflects the data from its specific time frame rather than an all-time view, making it easier for firms to interpret and act on what Jump is surfacing without extra manual work.
Onboard
Smart Forms and Documents Compliance and Retention Controls
Firms now have more control over how Smart Forms and Document Intelligence data is collected, archived, and retained in Jump. Admins can configure a compliance archive recipient email address for completed Smart Form submissions, set retention periods for Smart Forms and Document data, and prevent end clients from attaching documents directly to Smart Forms.
Mobile
Configurable Meeting List Display
Meeting titles alone haven't always been enough to tell similar-looking events apart in a list. You can now choose which attributes display on each meeting, whether conferencing icons appear, and the order attendees are listed, so your meeting list is easier to scan at a glance.
Integrations
Orion Integration Expansion
Jump has pulled core portfolio records from Orion, Client, Registration, Account, Asset, and Transaction, giving Pre-Meeting Prep access to holdings, account details, and transaction activity. That context now extends further with five new read areas:
- Performance — Orion-calculated returns, including YTD and trailing returns, benchmark comparisons, and grouped performance where available
- Models — assigned model information and model tolerance and drift, so prep can flag where a portfolio is off target
- Gain/Loss & Cost Basis — realized and unrealized gain-loss detail, useful for tax-aware review conversations
- Orion Planning — planning goals, net worth, and open action items where Orion Planning or Advizr data is available
- Historical Valuation / AUM — portfolio value over time, so prep can reference AUM trends and historical context
Schwab Integration Expansion
Jump has read basic Schwab context, account holder information, alerts, and status items, letting Pre-Meeting Prep identify the client and surface Schwab workflow items. This expansion adds the account-level financial data advisors need for prep:
- Account Profiles — account type, registration, account settings, and holders
- Balances — account-level values, cash, market value, and funds available to trade
- Positions — holdings within Schwab accounts
- Cost Basis — realized and unrealized gain-loss and lot-level cost basis detail
- Transactions — recent account activity and transaction history
- Move Money Activity — read-only status of transfer and move-money requests
- Standing Authorizations — SLOA and standing instruction readiness signals and related authorization details
This is helpful for firms with a Schwab integration, especially those that rely on Schwab directly for account and portfolio context instead of Orion, Black Diamond, Tamarac, or another portfolio system. Some data may depend on an advisor's Schwab permissions, account setup, and whether Schwab has data for a given client or account, and it should materially improve Schwab Pre-Meeting Prep.
