Meet Diana Cabrices, Jump’s Chief Evangelist

Diana Cabrices has joined Jump as Chief Evangelist.
Diana has built a reputation for helping advisors cut through noise, adopt the right technology, and translate it into real growth. She understands how advisors actually operate day to day — and what separates incremental improvement from meaningful performance gains.
That’s exactly why she’s here.
“As Chief Evangelist at Jump, consider me your new growth partner,” Diana says. “I’ll be coaching advisors on how to win inside the meeting, using data to refine your messaging, boost your confidence, and turn conversations into conversions.”
Jump has grown quickly over the past two years from an AI meeting assistant into a full operating system for advisor workflows and intelligence. Today, more than 27,000 advisors use Jump to reduce manual work and get more value out of every client interaction.
But productivity is only part of the story. The next phase is performance.
Advisors are now asking a harder question: how do I consistently perform better in the moments that matter most?
That's where Diana comes in. Her role is to empower advisors to use Jump to address this question. As she puts it: “More time doesn't create growth – direction does.”
Jump turns client conversations into structured data. That data becomes insight. And those insights create a clear path for advisors to improve how they communicate, recommend, and build trust.
Diana will work directly with advisors and firms to turn Jump’s intelligence layer into measurable outcomes, with a focus on:
- Coaching advisors on in-meeting performance
- Translating conversation data into clear growth opportunities
- Delivering playbooks that can be applied immediately
- Refining messaging, timing, and positioning
- Turning everyday client conversations into planning and revenue opportunities
This is actionable content grounded in real advisor conversations, real behavioral patterns, and real outcomes.
And it’s backed by data. Our research shows that advisors with higher Emotional Intelligence increase client sentiment by an average of 17.5% during meeting – nearly double their peers.
Diana has spent her career evaluating and promoting technology that improves advisor outcomes. She’s hosted hundreds of industry conversations, worked across every major growth lever — from prospecting to succession — and built a deep understanding of how advisors adopt and scale new tools.
Her decision to join Jump reflects what she sees in the platform.
“What they’ve built isn’t incremental innovation; it’s foundational,” she says. “The ability to measure emotional intelligence, surface growth signals and turn real client conversations into actionable intelligence is something this industry has never had before.”
You’ll see Diana leading from the front – through content, coaching, live sessions, and industry conversations.
Her focus is simple: help advisors win more often inside the meeting and turn that into long-term growth.
We’re excited to have her on the team, and more importantly, to bring her perspective to the advisors we serve.
