What's New at Jump - August 2026

Jump | August 2026

August's release reaches every part of the platform. Meet gets a Template Gallery with roughly 150 ready-to-use templates, audio alerts for the web recorder, rebuilt task creation, Jump's first general-release Outlook add-on, and Shared Meeting Prep. Grow adds Cross Sell detection, and Onboard ships Schwab account opening, multi-source form prefill, and public Smart Form links. Here's everything that's new.

Meet

Template Gallery

The templates page now includes a browsable gallery of roughly 100 meeting note templates and 50 recap email templates, each with a title, short description, and example output, so you can see what a template produces before you commit to it. Templates come in four ownership types: user-owned (individual), account-owned, system-owned, and parent-owned. Everything in the gallery behaves like any other template: filter, sort, add, use once, share, duplicate, edit, or wire into automations. Reach the gallery from the "Create New" button on the templates page, or from the new "Change Style" button on the meeting details page.

New Task Creation

Task creation is back, rebuilt from the ground up. A + New Task button on the Tasks table lets you create tasks directly from the actions table. This rebuild resolves the earlier version, where created tasks never showed up in the Tasks table or on any meeting. New tasks must be attached to an existing meeting, and once created they appear both in the actions table and on that meeting.

Grow

Cross-Sell

Signals now detect cross-sell opportunities directly from meeting conversation, such as a client mentioning a tax situation or an insurance need. Each opportunity is tracked with an estimated value, its source, and assignees, and every opportunity supports one-click follow-up emails and CRM record sync so detection turns into action without manual work in between.

Onboard

Account Opening with Schwab

Open Schwab accounts with zero re-keying. Jump turns the data it already holds into account applications, and built-in review and validation reduce incomplete forms before they're submitted, removing one of the most error-prone steps in onboarding.

Multi-Source Form Prefill

Forms can now prefill from meetings, documents, and prior form submissions. As client information accumulates over time, Jump builds increasingly complete profiles, so information captured once never needs to be re-keyed into a later form.

Public Smart Form Links

Smart Forms can now be shared publicly. Let prospects complete forms directly from your website, and give clients a secure link for uploading documents, capturing prospect data without manual re-keying.

Enterprise

SCIM Provisioning

Enterprise customers can now manage Jump users directly from their identity provider. With SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) support, IT teams can create, update, and deprovision users programmatically through IdPs like Okta and Microsoft Entra, instead of routing every change through Jump support.

Please note: The following features in Meet may not be available at all firms. Please contact your Broker-Dealer regarding feature availability and approval.

Audio Alerts for Web Recorder

The web recorder now tells you, audibly, whether it's actually capturing. Distinct sounds play on start, pause, and error, and failure warnings pair the on-screen banner with an audio cue so recording issues get caught in the moment instead of discovered after the meeting. Behind the scenes, silence detection checks run every 5 seconds, and an alert fires after two consecutive silent checks.

Outlook Add-On

Jump's first general-release Outlook add-on brings meeting and email context directly into Outlook, along with a flow for creating Jump contacts without leaving your inbox. Two early-stage features are included in this release: autogenerated replies and suggested tasks. Neither is syncable back to Jump yet.
